Personnel Department, Headquarter of N. F. Railway organized Training Programme on iGOT Mission Karmayogi “PRARAMBH” Module – online orientation courses for about 350 newly appointed employees through Rozgar Mela of different Departments of Headquarter Unit of NFR in 7 batches of 1 hour each session from 27th Sept. to 29th Sept./2023 and on 3rd Oct./2023. The participant trainees comprised of Sr. Clerks/Jr. Clerks, Nursing Superintendent, Inspector/Health & Malaria, Depot Material Superintendent, Hospital/Assistant, Assistant/Bridge, Assistant/Track Machine, Assistant/S&T, Technician/Signal Maintainer-III, Assistant Depot/Stores, Constable/RPF posted at various locations - Katihar, New Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar, Rangiya, Bangaigaon, Lumding, Maligaon, etc. who attended this training session with full enthusiasm.
During the training session, brief introduction given on how to login the iGOT Karmayogi platform (https://igotkarmayogi.gov.in/), how to enrol & start the courses, explore the courses on iGOT platform to enhance their knowledge, skills, competencies and generate the Certificate after course completion. Brief introduction about the eight courses of PRARAMBH Module was also given to make the trainees aware about the importance of the courses in their service career.
518 new appointees of NFR have completed PRARAMBH module courses so far.
