In the Rozgar Mela on 22nd November, Hon'ble Prime Minister launched Karmayogi Prarambh Module to impart induction training to all new joinees in the Government. This initiative offers an opportunity to build capacities of government servants in the initial stages and enable them to contribute to nation building as part of Mission Karmayogi, to enable them to apply the learning in everyday life for personal and professional growth and empower them to deliver their duties effectively and efficiently.

 

Objectives

1. To prepare them for becoming a future ready civil servant and thrive in a dynamic environment

2. To enhance behavioural and functional competencies for new recruits in the government

3. To enable them to apply the learnings in everyday life for personal and professional growth

4. To empower them to deliver their duties effectively and efficiently

iv.    Understanding Motivation
v.     Stress Management
vi.    Prevention of Sexual Harrassment at Workplace
vii.   Microsoft Word for Beginners
viii.  Microsoft Excel for Beginners   

All new appointees through  Rozgar Mela and other appointees through CGA & talent quota may be encouraged to enroll for the 08 courses under Karmayogi PRARAMBH Module, learn and complete the courses. After completion of each course, Certificate of Course Completion  will be generated in the portal.
