 iGOT Mission Karmayogi Course Completion & Onboarding Targets for all Serving Railway Employees

       Railway Board has directed all Zonal Railways to on-board all IR Officials on iGOT Karmayogi digital platform on priority and attend the digital e-learning contents available as Training modules and Capacity Building Products (courses).  Each course is tagged to competencies and a set of courses would be mandated for the learners as deemed fit for their role and to bridge the competency gap. Learners can find case studies, additional knowledge resources and suitable hands-on-learning exercises through the modules which completes with a final assessment and a Course Completion Certificate.

1.   DOPT Mandate Courses for Serving Employees

All Railway serving employees have to enroll and attend the following 06 (six) courses mandated by DoPT  through iGOT Mission Karmayogi platform (https://igotkarmayogi.gov.in/ ) and get  the Course Completion Certificate.

List of e-learning contents published by Indian Railway Centralized Training Institutes (CTIs) and other Ministries/Organization which are relevant & useful for Railway Officials are available on the iGOT Karmayogi portal which may be referred in Annexure-B & C of  GM(P)/NFRMLG's letter No.E/NFR/TRG./NPCSCB/iGOT-MK dated 05-12-2023 .

2. Completion of ‘PRARAMBH MODULE’  by all New Appointees 

     Ref : GM(P)/NFR/MLG L/No. E/NFR/TRG./NPCSCB/iGOT-MK dated 06-12-2023

        DoPT & PMO and Railway Board has issued directives to advise all newly recruited employees through Rozgar Mela to enroll and complete the "PRARAMBH" Module comprised of following 08 courses on iGOT platform latest by 31st December, 2023 :- 

i.       Effective Communication
ii.    Code of Conduct for Government Employees
iii.   Self-Leadership
iv.   Understanding Motivation
v.    Stress Management
vi.   Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace
vii.  Microsoft Word for Beginners
viii. Microsoft Excel for Beginners


All new appointees are advised to share the course completion certificates against each course by uploading through the following Google Form link –  https://forms.gle/xQweSm4oKBC5nAkQ8

3. 100% Onboarding of Serving Railway Employees on iGOT platform

All serving Railway employees including all newly recruited employees of Zonal Railways have to be onboarded on iGOT Karmayogi platform latest by 31st Dec., 2023 as per directives of DoPT & Railway Board.

Training Programme on iGOT Mission Karmayogi “PRARAMBH” Module organized by Personnel Department, HQ Unit of N F Railway

        Personnel Department, Headquarter of N. F. Railway organized Training Programme on iGOT Mission Karmayogi “PRARAMBH” Module – online orientation courses for about 350 newly appointed employees through Rozgar Mela of different Departments of Headquarter Unit of NFR in 7 batches of 1 hour each session from 27th Sept. to 29th Sept./2023 and on 3rd Oct./2023. The participant trainees comprised of Sr. Clerks/Jr. Clerks, Nursing Superintendent, Inspector/Health & Malaria, Depot Material Superintendent, Hospital/Assistant, Assistant/Bridge, Assistant/Track Machine, Assistant/S&T,  Technician/Signal Maintainer-III,  Assistant Depot/Stores, Constable/RPF posted at various locations - Katihar, New Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar, Rangiya, Bangaigaon, Lumding, Maligaon, etc. who attended this training session with full enthusiasm.

        During the training session, brief introduction given on how to login the iGOT Karmayogi platform (https://igotkarmayogi.gov.in/), how to enrol & start the courses, explore the courses on iGOT platform to enhance their knowledge, skills, competencies and generate the Certificate after course completion. Brief introduction about the eight courses of PRARAMBH Module was also given to make the trainees aware about the importance of the courses in their service career. 

         518 new appointees of NFR have completed PRARAMBH module courses so far.

        All new Appointees/Trainees may be directed to upload their Course Completion Certificates of all the 08 Courses of Prarambh Module through the following Google Form link.


      Certificates in PDF format can be submitted with valid Email Address and limited to submission of 1 response only with the same email ID. So, Certificates may be uploaded only after completion of all the 08 courses of Prarambh Module by the new appointees/trainee employees.
